We go deeper into the art and science of meditation with a technique called Hong-Sau from Paramhansa Yogananda, a yogi who introduced the science of meditation and yoga to America in 1920. The word Hong rhymes with “song” and the word Sau rhymes with “saw”. Below is a link to an introduction video on the technique which is introduced in class each Sunday.
