Our body butters are crafted with 100% natural, unrefined ingredients—free from stabilizers, fillers, and synthetic preservatives. Because of this, they are sensitive to heat and may soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer months. We take extra care on our end by chilling products prior to shipment and, when needed, including cold packs to help preserve consistency. To ensure the best experience, we recommend shipping to an address where your package can be received promptly indoors and not left in direct sunlight or heat. If your body butter arrives softened or melted, simply place it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. While the whipped texture may change, the nourishing and moisturizing benefits remain fully intact.
